STUDY PROJECT2002
Regarding ordinary standard buildings in urban context, one can interpret the city as a 2-dimensional structure. There is one basic element, the ground plan, where everything takes place. As this is a 2-dimensional principle, buildings based on this, are all relatively similar. They are a simple juxtaposition, an arrangement of 2-dimensional plans in height. We see it just as a linear extrusion of functions and shape.

In fact, the skyscraper, based on the 2-dimensional master-plan, fails to establish an urban or architectural order. First, there is no control of density using the grid, second the skyscraper brings an indifference to plan. and third, as skyscrapers work linear, there is not any real interior communication.

One can describe is as a strongly monotone and dense Cluster.
